Terry is responsible for ensuring that our customers have access to the latest electronic banking tools to make banking easier and more accessible. Her areas of product support include online banking, bill pay and debit cards.

History
Terry began her career at MSB in 1996 as a Teller. After two years she became a Customer Service Representative and in 2000 started working in the Deposit Operations Department which oversees the Electronic Banking area.

Membership & Community
In Terry’s spare time she is an avid music fan and supports live music in the Metrowest area. Her exposure to loud music may be the reason she has acquired a talent for whistling very loud.
