Responsibility
Ellen is responsible for all facets of marketing including research, product and service development, advertising, direct mail, media, merchandising, and public relations. In addition, she oversees the Human Resources area to ensure the integration of the bank’s mission and cultural philosophy.
History
Ellen has been with MSB since 2001 and in marketing for financial institutions since 1987.
Membership & Community
Ellen is a Trustee of the Board of Directors for Employment Options, Inc. and a member of the Advisory Council of Furnishing Options, a program of Employment Options, Inc. that mobilizes community support to obtain surplus furniture and other household goods and provide them to low-income individuals and families struggling to create homes. She is the Vice President of the Glenburnie Cottagers Association, a member of the Massachusetts Bankers Association Public Affairs & Marketing Committee, the Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce Annual Golf Fundraising Committee and the New England Financial Marketing Association. In her spare time, she competes in the USTA & CMITA Tennis leagues.
