I went in to MSB today to open a new account. Previously, I had an account with another bank I liked, but they are just too far away. I was really anxious about making a switch. I did a lot of online research to choose a new bank that would be local, great, and have fantastic options. The result of which was hands down, MSB. I met with Sue today to open my new account. I had so much fun with her! She was so friendly, real, down to earth, and fun! I actually had fun talking to her while we opened my account! She was patient, helpful, thorough, and made me laugh. Someone you’d want for a new BFF. Very glad I made this choice. Thank you, Sue. Lovely.

This is a long overdue pat on the back to the amazing team of the MSB in Southboro. They are accommodating, friendly, and very patient with me as a mom and pregnant and raising a toddler. Steven Woodland frequently works the drive thru window and is always so friendly. On more than one occasion he has come outside to bring me a roll of quarters (the quarters are too heavy for the tube and when they hit the tube in the drive thru it breaks through the paper). As a mother of a toddler and being 8.5 months pregnant I can’t even tell you how much I appreciate his extra effort. I love banking with you guys and will continue to be a loyal customer! Thank you.

I’d like to start by extending a heartfelt thank you. We have been customers of Marlborough Savings for probably forty years or more. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve said to myself, and to how many people I have told that I will stay with Marlborough Savings Bank for as long as it’s possible. When we go to our local branch, Post Road, people call us by name. We are treated like actual people, not account numbers. Linda Maguire has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion to help us. She is a wonderful representative for Marlborough Savings. The entire staff at the Post Road Branch is terrific. Whenever I have occasion to call the main number, a live person….. one with an actual pulse… answers the telephone. In this day and age that is unheard of and, may I add, such a pleasant experience. It is such a pleasure to not get entangled in some nightmarish, computer generated voice maze. I could go on, but I think you get my drift. It is a pleasure doing business with Marlborough Savings Bank and thank you for the service you provide!

Hearing how unhappy I was with my treatment by my former mortgage company a friend suggested I try hers, Marlborough Savings Bank. She referred me to Shaun Spada at the branch in Marlborough. I met with and spoke with Shaun many, many times thru the whole process. He patiently answered my question, returned calls when he said he would and calmed me down when it all seemed overwhelming.
